★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest advice "dont take their connection" it is nothing but headache they will take around one month to activate your connection "their sales persons are froudes they will tell you they will do it in 4to 5 days but it will take one month when you visit their office they will abuse you , this company is full of Froudes ,insted wait for jio giga fiber or go for airtel or bsnl their head gourav is a big froud he should be removed

Internet is not working from last 15 days and they are saying please wait our technical team will contact you shortly.
Worst service, worst internet provider, worst everything in this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience by Nextra.. I am using Nextra internet on SB Road, Pune and the service providing boy is Govind. Every day i need to call him as every day half an hour internet is down. One more problem is there due to fibre optic cable every time some one near you takes up new connection your connection is down for an hour to connect their cable. Its worst service by Nextra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust them, they don't have sufficient wires and routers. They will promise you that installation will be done in two days, you will give them cheque or money and you are now trapped. They won't install it for many many days and give you silly reasons like truck with wires and Router is delayed and one point of time they will stop receiving your calls. You are warned. They are doing unfair practices to collect money from the market to expand their business. Don't expect any service from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I disconnected I was supposed to get the security amount of Rs 1300 after I return them the modem but even after repeated calls to customer care nobody came to pick up the modem for another 8 months by the time they finally called they will be coming to pick up modem and return my security amount I had lost the modem in the office relocation. Should have complained in consumer Court against these cheaters.
