★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trainer Vimal here is really good. If you are ready to do hard work, he will have a plan for you. But you need to show the hunger first. It's not a luxury gym with lots of machines but as I like it we do it on free weights.

Their are 4 trainers in the gym of which 1 is owner. Here, you can come with any mindset but will leave with satisfaction and will to become muscular. Competitive Bodybuilding is also trained here. It is the Gym which has produced Mr. Delhi Recently.
