Higher management is more than worst, partial management if any employee is serving since long Nd he doesn’t have knowledge that will be fine for them but they don’t believe in intelligence at all. Copy paste is master course here. But still in interview time they shows like they are only one who knows everything but for all copy paste is the only thing is happening
I gave one star but to be very honest this company doesn’t deserve single star also I wish atleast this review will change ur mind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most aweful company I have ever come across. They hired me as HTML content developer. Past two months I was asked to do copy pasting work of data entry. Two days ago, I was asked to put my resignation without any reason. The manager did not have guts to talk to me up front. I was asked to stop work next day. He did not even give me a time to serve my notice period so that I could search for new job. This was done because my salary was more than they could afford it right now. The same was done with another colleague saying that he was not doing good at work where as his team leader has given a very positive reply about him. Don't trust this company. They treat people as animals n expects them to work on every Saturdays or late hours at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From day 1 they ask you to sit on desk and work without any single hour of training(shows company repo they just need labor not skilled employees), too long working hours normally 10-11 hours daily
Managers are not professional specifically in PMR.
Lot of internal politics they are not supportive for newly join employees
Employee retention is very high
Everybody is ding same work from Associate Consultant to any position
Company doesn't ask of your education qualification for them B.A
=B.Com=B.Pharma=MBA everyone is equal because they all have ti do the same work and if you are not good in content writing please don't join u need to write 3-4 article everyday
company don't have the resources for primary research
Plagiarism should not be there not even 1% but the reference articles have plagiarized around 10-15% which has been published waaoooo
Company will hire you on the name of Futuremarketinsights but when you got offer letter it would be different you need to work in their sister companies
for more than 300 employees only 2 washrooms without exhaust
canteen is like tapri
if anybody is thinking to join please consider this otherwise you will also left the job within a week or month and loose some better opportunities
i got placement from college and left due to these many reasons and now i am debarted form college placement so think twicw thrice before you join
Advice to management
start giving proper training to new employees
don't think employees are labor you are not in 70s
support newly join employees if not capable of due to your internal politics stop hiring and don't ruin their future bcoz everyone is studying with their hardcore money and specially for campus recruitment
For article and content writing hire content writers
Hire on the name of subsidiaries don't cheat with college students

These people do not even deserve 1 star. The healthcare team and managers are worst and the HR do not support mid level employees. Its totally a fake company.
