The salesman's name is Hemant Bhapkar
If you have Rudely salesmen in your showroom, how will you get customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was purchased Unicorn 160 MH12 TE 9558 bike on 1/4/2021 it's almost 11 months ago,I am facing issue With my bike.There is problem in my bikes battery problem, my bike was Suddenly stop any where & i can not start the bike neither starter is working nor the kick start.I was already raised complete with showroom service center.I was given for servicing 5 time for same issue ,but service center gave me the just temporary solutions. I was so frustrated & Tired with your service center & customer care service.My problem get solved after 3- 4 month I am wasted time here no one take responsibility here, Wrost service ever don't buy any bike from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very arrogant, don't have skills to handle customer. Simply they are Ignoring customer. When i asked about repair part+service charges then he was trying to avoid me, he started looking other customers! Kindly requesting to manegement staff please look into all negative review and take appropriate actions. We are trusted on Honda barnd and we are expecting good service also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started today morning with an enthusiastic view of servicing my scooter. I was the first person for today. The person who started handling my case started with confusing marketing stuff instead of inspecting the vehicle. So here you can imagine how they start to start looting you. Depending on your agreement of what kind of plan you are opting for they will start adding for each and every inspection. And that person was asking a security whether a break is hard due to the wire is broken. Then by the words from security guard he promptly mentioned that the wire is damaged. From this I could imagine that these guys are going to ruin my days. So quietly I just came back with my scooter for a second opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited a week ago for servicing my bike.They are supportive.No arrogance at all as I have experience at some service centers.
I took my bike my next day after 6pm as it closes by 6pm but they supported me as I was late from office.It took quite time to get Email Invoice to me.Overall good experience.
