Though apartments are ridiculously costly.... Which is around 2 crores.....
But it worth investigating to have pleasure of life.... The same apartment in Mumbai Andheri location will cost you 15 crore or more.....
Luxurious swimming pool, individual parking for 2 cars.....
Private floor etc are the key facility...
If you are looking for living on rent...
It's around 30 to 45k depending upon extent of furnishings provided with apartment
