★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swati Procon has done wonders building this amazing place. I recently visited this place & I immediately fall in love with sample flats. Spaces has been carved beautifully and elegantly. I think it's the best project in mid premium 3 bhk range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swati chrysantha is situated at one of the porch locations of Ahmedabad i.e shela, this project has all the qualities of what people want in their dream home, finest quality construction and flats are spacious, mostly all the amenities are covered. You have public market nearby, commerical hub and Jain temple are at walking distance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude sales person, and pathetic procedure to get possession, behaviour is like they are doing favour on customers by giving flats.
Builder staff and Maintanence staff is very unprofessional and harrassed new residents as they all wants to get commission on interior work, bird nets, milk men etc etc... Builder is not at all interested in maintanence, they keep exterior clean but there are many things which broke down within 4-5 months and they even do not bother to repair early. Building quality is good, material used is good but there are some flats which gets dampness issue from starts even from bathrooms which is serious. Overall it looks premium from outside but real experience is average. Builder attitude is totally negative towards any issue
