1. Only project with 10 feet ceiling height in the vicinity.
2. Multiple payment options according to individual needs.
3. Only project with no 10*10 bedroom.
4. Despite of us having good experience with other builders in past, we opted for TBlu because of the postive attitude of the staff (mainly Mr. Paresh from engineering team and Mr. Manan and Mr. Harsh from sales team).
