β β β β β Our first exposure to Dushyantbhai was with Shaligram I while on a visit to Ahmedabad. We came away impressed by the planning and execution wondering why there were no promotions or advertisements. Eventually we booked an apartment in Shaligram-2. The booking process was fairly straightforward and transparent. There was timely follow-up by their team led by Ms Gayna. Timely execution, delivery on commitments and quality of work left us pleased with our decision. We went on to associating with them again for Sharnam 11, Ishaan 3 and now, with Maher Homes.
Be it the site engr, the sales team or the documentation, they have a knack for streamlining processes. While they may be short of the competition in fancy amenities and cosmetic appearances, they gain significant ground with absolute quality as we happened to learn from our interaction with vendors, masons and carpenters. There is definitely a priority for function over form. Vishwanath Realtors have always delivered on and over their promises.
