★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I book A flat over there Their Scheme is nice but Staff and system is terrible they will not give you receipt of your payment they will delay that process my all payment is clear and some how my load got delayed 15 days they need late fees 23000 for that i have no issues with that i am ready to pay but they need that late fees in cash and they will not provide any invoice for that so be aware before buying here i already in between this but you people can aware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly constructed building.... There are many projects ongoing near by....place is developing.... Roads are not in good condition....basic needs shops & transportation not available (may be available in nearby future).... Flats are expensive considering current situation of area....

Only Society Security do not work properly and parking issue is alot..
Dont know why people dont park there vehicle in here own parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent society. Good quality of construction work, all basic amenities are provided by the builder. All 7 storey buildings, 7 blocks and only 210 flats makes it a good society to live in peacefully and from future maintenance point of view also. One lift per block and dedicated underground parking for all flats.
Located in the rapidly growing Shela area and near to South Bopal and Applewoods. Access to Club O7, good roads developed recently and with green cover available all around, it is a fine place to live.
