★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Scheme was the best scheme. I personally like this flats alot and specially it's surrounding is so good like you 'll get fresh air there. And almost there are many varietes of shops have opened so you'll get every facilities there and They have underground parking and almost have 14 floors and a very appreciative Garbage system you should check it out once and see they have swimming pool there where children's can play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually visit here for daily conveniences like coldrinks, mouth fresheners, bakery items, etc. It is very close to the newly constructed BRTS stop of South Bopal. There are a few pan parlours, salons, restaurants, ice cream parlours, hardware stores on the ground level and on the first level, there are dentists, doctors, classes, etc.

The residential scheme is very nice. It is located in south Bopal a near the marigold square. 3 big appartmental schemes are near each other, MARIGOLD, SHALIGRAM PRIME, SUN SOUTH WIND.
Rooms in marigold appartments are beat Smaller.
All these schemes come under affordable zone of government of gujarat
So maximum is around 1500 sq. Feet area
And maximum 3 bed room hall and kitchen.
Amenities are good though
All are multi storeyed buildings with multiple blocks residential and commercial both. Shops are facing main road side. Having ground floor and first floor.

Children play area, gym, garden, swimming pool amenities are good in very small area. 14 florr scheme and i dont fell that value for money for price segment and very conjunction
