the place location is really nice.
the local environment is healthy and safe unlike what i had heard of earlier.
there is lot of greenery around .
the water supply in the area is good with available government connections too.
the locality is rich in ground water supply although our boaring failed.
the surrounding area is growing rapidly and it seems like perfect time to invest in property around here.
EDIT - After living for more than a year and half what i found most problematic is that the Built quality is extremely poor. More then we can imagine. the fluorides content in water is extremely high
