★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a flat in Galaxy The Trillium. After seeing the review I want to share my personal experience with Murali marketing person. I don't know who is Kundan. Murali is a wrost person ever I met in my life. Now he is forcing for registration and he is asking for extra money for valuations. Don't ever trust him he is fraud.The construction quality is good. Very supportive engineers. i am thing to talk with Mr. Reddy Regarding this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really bad experience while dealing with land owner apartment.There is a seepage issue in all the bathroom mostly in all the apartments (check there office only in GF).
These people are not providing any solution and except client to buy apartment as is. Drying the wall seepage is a solution for them.
As they are the land owner share, builder doesn't care to resolve any issues.
Bathroom fittings are totally wrong, common bathroom is not having any ventilation or even a source of light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience dealing with Galaxy Trillium sales person Ranjitha.Have booked the flat here and later found that it has severe seepage issue. when asking them to fix this they said that they will not do any waterproofing, If you want fix by your end. They were simply offering to dry the seepage which is very temporary solution. Surprise to see that in new apartment where the bathroom is not used at all, severe seepage is found and builder/Owner is not taking any action. Since the seepage is not fixed by them it is spreading to below apartments also. I have made the inspection through Dr. Fixit team and after seeing this severe seepage in apartment he suggested that think twice before buying apartment here.
I have to cancel the booking here because of unprofessionalism and bad attitude of marketing team , builder and owner. Also after booking apartment, they show your apartment to other clients and blackmail you that they are getting good price for the same flat like they have done any favour to you by selling their apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't Buy land lord property as once you buy he will not listen any of your concern like coloring of wall, seepage and lots more. don't have proper street light to this area, garbage dump yard is beside to Trillium, road is good upto SM Genia but Trillium builder is not bother about us so a little bit rain create pond in front of Trillium. Lots of more issue are also there. So before buy talk to any owner, who is residing there.
