The infrastructure facilities are great. Comfortable and safe for families. This area doesn't provide any public transport facility and number of shops are very less.

Think 100 time before buying this property. I enquired with some residents and got following feedback 1. No solar water Heater (But Builder claim , all flats getting Solar Hot Water) 2. Infinite number of cracks in the buildings, some cracks are very huge almost 50mm thickness, Highly unsafe, I dont know how residents are living there 3. No RoofTop Farming (They done the farming just to get awards, After getting awards they stopped it, But builder still claim they will do it) 4. Gym Equipment's are of very cheap quality. I have personally seen the weights, after touching i need to go washroom for washing my hands. 5. Road to the apartment (Panathur underpass). They claim that road will construct and plan is already released etc etc. Truth is, it will never going to come, residents are staying there for past 2 years and they shared the pain of panathur underpass.

I am a resident of Aura. It is quiet disheartening to see review regarding infinite cracks, some of which of size 50 mm thickness..! In all these 2.5 years of stay here, I haven’t seen anything like that. If the concern is about the expansion cracks on walls, it is a common phenomenon in changing weather and it doesn’t pose any threat to the pillar-column structure. Even now builder keeps fixing those minor wall cracks upon resident’s request, at his own cost. I don’t think, any other builder does pay this kind of attention, once the apartment is sold. I am getting solar water consistently. Yes, technology has its own limitations and you can’t expect boiling water in cloudy weather or at peak usage hours. You may need to drain some water initially and it is quiet understandable. Whenever we found malfunctioning of any GYM equipment, it was reported to the builder and was attended promptly. The devices may have its own wear and team and it is also up to us residents to use these facilities diligently. A lot is being discussed about the Panathur underpass. It is the single point of entry to the rapidly developing Varthur-Gunjur belt where hundreds of apartment are coming up, many of which are from leaders in the industry. We do face long traffic blocks but we also understand that there is an approved road (different from the current one) which takes a different route to the ring road. In a recent interaction, we have received assurance from political leaders of Mahadevapura constituency on this. If you rightly understand the prominence of this locality, it is understandable that intolerance towards this prime locality will cost politicians a lot and for the same reason, we have full trust in the infrastructure development in near future. Roof top gardening is one of its kind and it was temporarily stopped in consultation with the resident’s association. Challenge was to find the right person with technical know-how to run the farming. You can’t expect the local farmer to do the same cultivation which you do in the farm land. . We believe that Aura will stand out with pride, even as years pass by.

Residential apartment building. Eco friendly and well maintained. Greenery with clear air. Various international schools nearby, Carmilaram railway station nearby. Secured and value for investment.

some cheap people have destroyed the living experience here. 1 illiterate family has built a cozy relationship with electrician, plumbers etc and have destroyed the cordial environment. we are helpless when 1 familly of yokels, who do not know chivalry and bring their cheap upbringing to an educated society. Dancing is respectable but giving private lap dance is not!

I have my “HOME” at Assert Aura though I now “HOUSE” in a faraway land. I held it close to heart through thick and thin. Yes, it is HOME for me and for a lot others who stay happily over there. My Kids grew up in the green and I cherish, I couldn’t have given them any better. Often, the world which credits what is done is cold to all what might have been! CoEvolve planted a beautiful flowering tree “ASSET AURA” and while in the green, it was nurtured well by a lot of us. It was meant to be nurtured all the way long but often priorities change in the hustle of the the day. True, but still it stand tall as the foundation is strong and build on trust. Aura is now an evolved diverse community and all we need is a little giggle together to pamper it again. Yes, it is on us and we will stand to Co Evolve…!

Got detailed feedback from one of the residents. Many of the advertised features were only meant for collecting rewards. After that there is no maintenance. Some flats still unsold. Some low standard people have made the whole living environment unpleasant. Resident association also has some thugs who bully good people. I personally visited the site. Road access is horrendous. It will never change. Go and see by yourself. I will look for another builder.

A good apartment for families..the surroundings are quiet calm and peaceful...there is no hope for public transportation
