I am writing this review after spending one full year as an owner of one of the flats here. What I like here. 1. If you want to live in a safe and serene neighbourhood, while not being far away from your office or kids school. The location is midway between Sarjapur and Varthur, close to ORR tech parks like Ecospace, PTP etc. 2. A self contained society with its own supermarket and Montessori 3. Decent build quality and good value for money. 4. Lot of open space, considering only 360 flats in around 5 acres of land. 5. Above average amenities. What I don’t like a lot. 1. Very much possible that you could be put off, by the indifferent and snobbish attitude of the sales team. 2. Even post move in, the maintenance team dictates a lot of terms. 3. Some quirky rules like you can’t park even your two wheelers in un demarcated common area. 4. Need to plan your travel to office, if you are traveling toward Sarjapur or ORR side as the railway gate, closes so very often, leading to traffic pile ups on way to office. Overall I feel the pros weigh in over the cons, and it’s definitely a value for money proposition

Worst builder, don't believe in paid reviews. Club House owned by builder/owner means not just you pay for use also UDS would be lower. As recently moved resident pointed out of Zero Maintenance and charges for small works like drilling shows the ethics of the builder.

The construction and large open spaces are the highlights and features of this project, however not maintained properly by the developer..its been like this for most of the projects. I beleive it's to do with the team that is handling the maintenance in the project. Some key features are Tennis court, ample visitors parking, huge swimming pool, park and play area, Greenery in the surrounding area, upcoming park and lake, proximity to Whitefield, Sarjapur road and number of schools nearby.

I am apalled by some of the non-buyers and their reviews. We have been living here for more than 6 months here. As a single earning family, working in OOR, we could not afford those sarjapur main road projects liek BREN or Uber or Keerthi regiali. For a 2BHK they all ask for 85 to 90Lacs. For a 2BHK in 55 to 62 Lacs range as per my research we have to go towards Kodathai (like Mana Tropicale, Ahad excellencia) . This is a yucky locality. Worst was no sign of civic amenities etc. Kms of Roads thru the village with so many twists and turns so deep inside it was a total turn off for me. Some the reasons I chose Arcadia is as follows, 1) A 1233 Square feet spacious 2BHK house with 75% carpet area It is becuase builder has not wasted space in corridor and also the because it is a completely concrete structure. Very strong as compared to brick and cement. 2) At the price I find it a total value for money 3) Only 360 flats in 5 acres, so much open space and the sorruding greenery and free from pollution 4) Some builders were asking for 2 to 2.5 lac for the club house. Here its only 50 thousand. Gym will be outsourced to a external professionals which i liek becuase its then "if you use then you pay". Unlike my previous apartment where only few use and everyone pays for it. 5) We gave a supermaket inside, we have motessori inside, such a huge swimming pool 6) Undivided land was so so high 45%. No where i found it so high. Which means only few aparttments are built for a small area. 7) The location is in between the Sarjapur main road and whilefield. Both location is approchable few mints. Compared to kodathi and deep inside hosa road etc. I am seeing huge development happening in this locality now and will continue to be in future. SO many god schools near by. 8) I liked the builder's no nonsense, straight forward approach. SImple and straight. No marketing gimics. Cons: 1. The common areas outside they have concreted it, i would have loved if they had made it a garden. 2. Yes there is barely any ground water here, but so whole of sarjpuar road, harlur road , hosa road (where i was staying on rent before), even in whitefield, where ground water is not a problem. It is city wide problem i feel. No 1 builder can solve this problem. Govt only has to look after it. My suggestion is not to fall for people with "sour grape" reviews . Come and talk to we residents who are happily living here, talk to we residents. I am quie happy for what my money can buy, given the budget and locacity i had chosen. My final 2 bits, when buying a flat we have to take a practical and pragmatic approach not think at this kind of budget range we can buy sun and moon :)

Apartment construction is very good. But interior things like Doors, french window , tiles are not upto the standard.

The construction quality and the location ambience is good. They haven't received the OC though. Also this builder projects have the gym and clubhouse charged separately for usage as they are owned by the builder and outsourced.

I have been staying here for last couple of months. I like this apartment. Main attraction of this apartment is the large open space and surrounding greenery. Just 2km from main Sarjapur road.

I have been living in this apartment more than one year from now. I haven't faced any major issues so far apart from minimal hiccups(one should expect them). Initially, I am not satisfied with the facilities provided in the club house. But, based on my current usage, I appreciate my decision of choosing this builder over other builders who quote premium prices by show casing the clubhouse. Overall, we are leading happy life here.
