★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security, management, quality, peace, campus and main road location infront of wipro head office, RGA Techpark, Seimens, paypal Accenture, decathlon, bigbazar, IFB, malls all at walking distance this made it best by location. Over all awesome.

To be honest i booked in champions square due to location and as i am the existing client of Bren, i know the quality and they are particular about the delivering the project on their commitment time frame.

there is also new road ongoing near to bren , where 2 borewells are closed
the compound wall is weak and security breach..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C block has lot of vacant flats, could see seepage on a wall (which is rare in Bren's construction), building entrance is well planned, clubhouse and other amenities are almost ready, ongoing pandemic has delayed progress

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying here from last 10 months and am forced to give this feedback for bren. We took home because we found the reviews very good but when i stayed here for 10 months now I realised the issues. So They have 18 floors building and everyday they have power cut issues. When everyone asks the reason, they give some kind of stupid reason and go away.
Issues:
Power fluctuations everyday.
No hygiene in washroom water. It comes with dirt and worms with black water.
Khata transfer has stopped and bren has no answer to that.
Problem is Bren is not answering anything properly. They just want to handover everything to society. Bren is pathetic, never should have bought it.
Just pathetic.
