★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best residential appartment buildings in the area in terms.of construction value proximity to nearby shoping railway hospitals and techparks. A very good ambiance and wonderful society with sophisticated amenities. Loves this place.
I Compared the near by buildings and properties including Bren, Uber Palazza, Leo etc... This one is value for money others are good too, but too pricy for more or less same kind of package they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge monkey problem. They move mosquito mesh and come through any window or balcony even on 18th floor. Hence no ventilation in the house. Other wise the building is ok ok.Management team is not proactive nor responsive, maintainance is not great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every thing is good. But association in this society going to kill the name. There are lot of unwanted to do and don't. Many unnecessary rules from egoist association and many clash among people. Sometime basic freedom questioned. Flats in infra wise is very nice. 8/10 for flats and 3/10 for association.

Location is the biggest plus. And it completely justifies the bomb of a price you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent quoted is too high(35k for 2bhk including maintainence), upkeep of common areas can be better, amenities are well planned, could see couple of flats occupied on most floors, be prepared for drilling and carpentery noise disruptions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never some inside this apartment to be honest. However, I have been looking this place since last three years when I cross the road often. And I have a special liking for this apartment and really don’t know the actual reason. I believe might be the appearance with food quality materials that attracts people from outside. Hope I become a resident of this society:)
