With construction completed, brigade has been not allowing owners(like me) to check on their apts, not even to look around. Mkt and sales team have a dont care attitude, extremely unprofessional and poor communication skills with the potential customers who had tagged along with me to see the project. Quoting mkt sales and CRM team who never called back for a potential deal. Such a lackadaisical attitude tells all about Brigade and I would make sure i come out of this brigade family as soon as possible by selling away this property i own. Will never recommend this project to my friends and relatives. Truly a pathetic experience and i regret having bought an apt here. As regards the OC part they have been tip toeing for almost 3 months. Last i was given an assurance by Brigade team that by April OC would be received and registration would start soon. Still no update on it so far. Site visit links were sent and the links dont work so no way or registering prior appointments for site visits. If one calls customer care to raise tickets the tickets will be are auto closed after a week, stating OC not received reasons. Brigade only knows what secret project they are developing where owners are restricted to even look aroubd their own property. I will certainly tag brigade on twitter, facebook and insta with this review for others to get a feel of the horrible ordeal we have had to go through brigade in last 2 years. What a shame...!!!

My rating is based only on what I have personally experienced till now. I have booked a flat here a few weeks back. Pros - Great Location (close to the main road), low rise flats, garden units, Construction stage nearing completion, Accessible Terrace, Good amenities Cons - Extension of possession dates, No OC yet, low carpet area to super built up ratio

after sale service and poor management.Worst CRM team and site manager. I bought this house because of Brigade brand.trusting their brand name, but we were proved wrong since then. Due date for possession has been changed more then 3 times. pandemic is just an excuse how come brigade uthopia and other projects are on time. Its just parkside which was on hold. I know i will get their pathetic connect that CRM team will communicate but first educate your crm team. I must say these guys are not professional

We visited site and meet zaid and he is really helpful person, highly recommend . Project also came out very well, seen 2 years back but couldn't find marketing office then and advertisement as retirement home made us not see.. But how after seeing completion, u can see top notch finishing quality. Layout design. I think only reason u get flat available even now is no marketing office on site, bad word of mouth due to delay, not to keen sales team. Brigade did bring good sales team now, anyway for new buyer delay don't matter. Value for money. Just next to highway.. Opposite commercial seems coming For me 2bhk didn't work out so finally dropped but leaving message for any potential buyer.

Brand Brigade takes a beating here. Booked apartment in 2019 and was promised its completion by December 2020. Covid sighted as a factor and deadlines constantly postponed and apartment still not handed over!! Very sure their team will respond to this review even without reading its contents and say Briagde informed us of the delay and it is due to external factors like covid blah blah. Everyone knows its not just due to covid. What annoys me even more is that the CRM team lies to your face and says everything is fine and at the very last moment the handover dates will be postponed. Just too frustrated with Briagde!!

We had purchased unit in Parkside East Block N almost 2 years back. - We had requested for official visit by sending a mail but they denied as usual stating COVID reasons thats understand able but now what reasons they are giving. (Sometimes i feel Grade 3 and 4 students are much more mature than Brigade customer service team). - So we decided to go to the site and request them personally but even then they denied stating you need to send a mail and only if it get approved you can have a visit. - They had given one number for contact ie their CET team even they dint pick the call and they informed us they are busy in other project , so try calling on weekdays. - Every time we call or raise a internal ticket the only response we get is system generated mail. (Thank god at-least some kind of communication is happening in form of a system generated mail ). - No ethics on how to speak to customer , some time i felt i am not their customer they are my customer . Even after purchasing the flat they are not allowing buyers to see the flat thats the worst thing as a buyer can happen. So @brigade parksideeast we need quick response and who ever is giving 5 ratings god knows on what basis he is giving 5.

Team, (I would have given a zero but it is not an option here, and zero because of the way Brigade management has been messing with this particular project's timeline) I would like to know the status of OC? It has been 4 months now and every time we hear that the OC is going to be received anytime soon. But this is not helping us in any way. You guys have already taken 95% of payment and yet despite earlier promises made of starting to give handover from March month then in April month to the present point where there is no clarity even now. This is quite unethical from the management’s part to not even allow the flat owners to allow their interior contractors to take in the measurements of the flat when in fact we have paid 95% of the flat’s cost already. Understand that you owe us, we do not owe anything to you. There have been multiple RERA extensions taken on this project by the builder in the past and the new extension is SEPT 2022. RERA is not helping the customers on the contrary it is helping the builder to come up with a work around without incurring penalties. The whole system is designed like that. There is no transparency in handling the OC process and the completion of work. During site visit I have seen that the majority of the work force has been moved out. Why such a reduction in the workforce when in fact there is lot to be done? We are incurring huge costs on our part as we are being forced to pay both RENTS + EMIs due to Brigade’s inefficiency in handing over the flats to their respective owners. Every god damn email written to you have standard responses with no solution in sight. It is high time you start at least allowing the flat owners to start with the interior works.

I have recently visited this project and liked the project. This project has all the facilities which one may be looking for. The project has good open space but yes very less vehicle free zone. Flats build quality is also good. Sales person was also polite. They had shown me all types of flats whichever i have asked for. Unfortunately couldn't closed out a deal. But i definitely recommend this project if you are looking in and around sarjapur road.
