★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My search for a dream home ended when I visited Ahad Opus early this year, located just next to New Wipro SEZ, I visited their marketing office and met the sales team who took me through an experience that delighted me. The project is coming up quite well and is in the finishing stage, I will be shortly booking a 3 BHK unit with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Build quality is very good. Floor plan is well planned. window opening is big for better ventilation & sunlight inside the flat. The main charm of the project is corner window which gives a complete beautiful view of garden & other amenities. Builder has taken care of all kind of safety & precautionary measures to ensure safety of the buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been on a site visit to Ahad Opus as I have come across favorable reviews among my friends and family circle. Their specialty is maintained consistently in terms of space. This project, too, did justice to their credibility. Opus is spread on a vast span of 2.5 acres, which provides ample space for different age groups to have their leisure time. They provide many amenities such as a coffee shop, golf court, swimming pool, library, and gazebo, apart from the usual children’s play area and gym. Can you imagine having a coffee shop in your complex? Well, Ahad adds these fun yet straightforward touches to their project, which provides safety, security, and quality assurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just because it's next to corporate office like Wipro and RGA it's not worth investing here as the built quality is shady... Investing 80lakhs is not a matter of joke unless you have plenty of money to throwaway in projects like this.. it's doesnot get Kaveri water which makes it dependent on tankers.. not sustainable for long run once Wipro starts in full fledge way... Final price point for 3 bhk here should not exceed 60 lakhs.. looking at building quality, and other aspects... In long run you can get rent for investment purpose but the money you invest will not give you much return.. depreciating asset in just 5 years..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second week living in the flat here. A few things coule be better. Overall, I am happy. The site Engineering and other maintenance staff onsite are very helpful in resolving teething issues.
However, I am very disappointed with the CSM staff though. Once the registration and handover is done, extremely difficult to reach on phone and emails!
