★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was stayed over in this community almost more than 2 years. the Mhyna management is fully owned by owners only and these guys are keep increasing maintaince chargers every alternate quarter. as per experience, this community is not good to stay for tenant. even other communities are charging 3500-3800 only. these guys are charging 4500-4800 for 2 bhk. I am highly recommending to tenant not to stay.
