★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PURVI SYMPHONY for me is the right kind of society, neither too big nor too small. The layout out and floor plans are so great. The floor plans have a good variety and there is something for everyone. One of the most pleasing aspects of it is the focus on greenery as every apartment has open balcony that is facing lake or city.
I have booked 2BHK after 2nd visit have fully Satisfied with construction quality, open space and spacious house.
The sale team is very friendly & helpful who patiently addressed all the queries. Thomas from CRM is very Co-operative in guiding through the processes of booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought 3bhk flat here. After looking for around 3-4 years I have decided to go with this builder. The construction quality is really good. Nice green forest area can be seen from balcony and bed room. It is very spacious and also builder is very co-operative. Best part is lake area near building which covers good range of trees. Another plus point is many tech parks are accessible. Good place for family, also there are few international schools within 3-4 km radius.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and Arrogant sales and HR team. So much attitude post selling the flat. Squeezing money wherever possible from flat buyers. They are not able to stand on commitments done during sales. And claiming sales team were third party and don't go by their words with all audacity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building construction is good as per the price. But issue is with builder side commitments about timelines and builder side people like (Hrudai). The promised handover date was Dec 2021. Gradually they are postponing with 1 or other reason and now its july 2022 (which is highly doubtful). They have reduced workers to save cost even though its pushing time lines. Hrudai only lies about everything (lifts / bescom/ poor quality staircase) and had an extreme rude attitude. He wont keep the communications on mail or written. He is face of the builder, but i doubt that he is only causing dent marks in the builder's reputation. So if some buyer is interested in future properties of Purvi; just have 1 / 1.5 years of buffer on promised time line and be ready to listen to false promises and bad attitude from Hrudai. This hand over delay had also happened in its previous projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started looking for a home from mid-2019 and our search ended here. Visited many properties in and around Varthur, Sarjapur Road etc. Either they were out of my budget or for the ones coming under my budget I didn’t like the quality. Symphony is one such project which ticked almost all the boxes.
It had almost all the amenities one can ask for in a gated community. Really liked the floor plans (only 4 flats per floor) and the outdoor amenities have a designated area with no vehicle movement rather than having bits and pieces in and around the property.
Booked a 3bhk here after a couple of visits in March 2020 and then covid happened. Was thinking they might not complete the project in time.
I recently visited the site to check my actual flat in D block. Was surprised by the progress happened. They allowed me to visit my actual flat as well. The view from balcony was WOW! Understood where exactly electrical and plumbing points will come and suggested some modifications (one of the reasons we booked an under construction flat).
They even added extra amenities such as water softener, pet park, guest rooms etc. which were not informed while booking. Hope they provide handover without any delays
