★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gated society with few amenities. Good for students and working professionals. One entry opens outside passport office whereas other opposite to Hard Rock Cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is old and shattered. Club house is freak, no maintenance though they charge you huge in case you are tenant. Get prepared to feed owners for everything still exploitation after paying maintenance, you will be charge manifold for each forbid service, yet they will degrade you/ wont let u use any facility's as tenants.
Water issue is there
Parking issue
Maintenance issue
Behavioral issue with management.
Society's blames everything on tenants even for a earthquake in Japan.
There is huge huge mobile tower with heavy radiation on it which is high risk to all resident specially children and old age people.
Still society exist :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is well maintained. It has Amenities like swimming pool , gym. Has good crowd of people . The only thing which is unsatisfying is the outside crowd and the area. If u are a bachelor this is the best place to live . But with family, it's vice-a-versa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society was might built on 2008. The area was too good and surrounding area is also fine. There are lots of shop near this society. In this society swimming pool as well as one garden is there. Swimming pool has partition for kids and adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganga orchard kp mundhwa is a horrible society. No security, no water for 3 hours in a day everyday, power cuts ( everything will have power except the flats) to which they never have an answer. No management support at the society at all.
