★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was only 1 min late , I was going from pune to Surat . The driver didn't wait and I was forced to reach the next stop near race course before the bus reach there. In auto rickshaw it was very difficult to reach there. Then I left the rickshaw in middle and took a lift from a bike to reach the next stop. Pathetic service they don't care if the passenger is left. Driving was also horrible throughout the journey. While returning i came by train.

(1) Exterior and Interior of the bus was great.
(2) AC, charging point were working.
(3) They provide free wifi.
(4) Bus dropped us on time.
(5) There were curtains between two seats so it's nice for privacy.
What I didn't like:
(1) Bus came 20 minutes late.
(2) Even if it's written in amenities that they will provide snacks and water bottle, they just provided 75gms of banana wafers. They didn't provide water. I saw the whole box of bottles unopened. It's not fair. We are paying high amount of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go with rating on redBus. Seems like fake. I frequently travel from pune to Vadodara. Booked a ticket from baroda to Pune on a working day(non traffic) and still bus was awfully late. At the time of dropping off the bus was not even in Lonavala and dropped post 9.30 which I generally reach by other operators 7-7.30 max. Thinking that might be exceptional delay booked a bus from pune to baroda 6.50 pickup thinking drop will be earlier as pickup is way earlier than other travel buses. The bus stopped at rest stop at same time as the bus which has pickup at 8.30. that bus came as same time as ours even though [email protected] hr late. The drop was even late.
Never booking this bus again.

Sent 2 wheeler from Axxxxxd to Pxxe..initial asked for 2500 and make promise like they will take care everything , we paid , give receipt also and when it times to actual load vehicle then actually drama starts...bring your people to load or else pay 500 to load your vehicle, in night accident happened near surat ,not sure howz drivers , no calls ,no intimation, no tension to drivers/travel agent, finally customer calls and provide status we can't do anything..it will come next day, More surprise they load next day in another bus ,no intimation, no calls where to pick up n whom to contact, finally customer calls and they told come to padmavati parking,Pune instead of Nasik fata which was decided ..customer paid 250 to reach there and again surprise, they open trunk where they put 2 wheeler just like sack of wheat, n finally they told bring your people to unload..get 2 people from outside in 500 , n finally got unloadeded..bike got damaged as they don't put properly...overall bad experience,.make false promise, no honesty, no professional, only 2 person i know and putting above experience (Sukhdev & Daulatsingh )...will never choose this option again..
