★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really good shop with an amazing selection of glasses and lenses alike. BUT DO NOT BUY GLASSES from here.
I bought a very nice pair of eyeglasses from here with a 6 month guarantee. Unfortunately i damaged my glasses, and went back to them for a replacement.
Suddenly they had forgotten about the warranty and asked me to pay for the replacement.
I eventually got them to give me a replacement, after threatening to take them to consumer court. But when my glasses were ready, they didnt even bother to call, or even clean the lenses before handing them over.
Its a really great store, but i hope to never have to deal with such horrible and disrespectful employees. i hope the management sees this and makes the necessary changes, because i truly love the collection of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I gave my frame with numbered glasses to change it to new dark glasses. They sales guy again puts new plain glasses and gives me back with old plain glass. Will never shop with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent INR 42,000 towards making progressive glasses from this place and they completely messed it up. When brought to their notice they are not even taking the ownership of the issue. I do not recommend this place for making progressive glasses at all. Incompetent staff and absolutely poor on understanding customer needs & providing customer experience. I wasted my hard earned money towards this purchase.
