★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Activa 3G was working fine before servicing. After I serviced my bike it broke down in middle of road and wouldn't start by kick start . I called garage works and they sent the mechanic after one day, they again charged auto charges for mechanic. But after that again next morning the bike broke down and it won't start even after multiple attempts. When I am trying to call, they are not picking up my call. Worst service. I RECOMMENED NOT TO GO FOR THIS. THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF THE BIKE BREAKS DOWN IMMEDIATELY AFTER SERVICING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Comapny has cheated. Vechile took for service by company 3 times in last 4 days. Charged more than Rs.5500 in 4 days. Every time new issues are coming. Seems they have only charges but not parts changed. I am claiming my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my Hero Maestro kept in the Parking for over a year Almost it was completely dead. Battery had drained out. Rear tyre was punctured. No response from the Vehicle. I thought to Give Garage works a Try. Booked a Comprehensive Appointment. Mechanic came and opened up the vehicle completely in my parking and concluded that the work cannot be completed in the Parking and the vehicle needs to be take to their Garage. He booked a Porter Mini truck and then took the vehicle. I handed over the vehicle on the 22nd of April 2022 and i told them that i have to Go out of Mumbai on the 29th April 2022 and need the Maestro back before that day. Rafiq was assigned as the mechanic for my vehicle. He was in constant touch with the repair part. Then i Got a call on the 26th of April 2022 regarding the vehicle. And since then was on a follow up with them. Harshal was the one who was in touch regarding the works of the Vehicle that had to be completed. Then i got call the next day on the 27th of April 2022 He told me what all needed to be replaced and what will be my estimated bill. I was okay with it as well. Then came the delivery date of 29th April 2022 there was some confusions on the delivery oart. However they fulfilled their promise of delivering me the vehicle by 29th April 2022. I am very happy with the service which was provided. I also had a word with the senior Associate Zankar he was in Pune. He convinced me with everything and also assured everything will be in Place. I thank the Garage Works team especially Rafiq Babu the man behind fixing everything and it was on Time. Would also like to thank Harshal and Zankar for their efforts. Thank You Garage Works Team…!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently booked my activa Service with Garageworks and booked a complete service with them. My activa had been unused for almost two years due to WFH and wasn't even starting. Now that the service is done, it doesn't even feel it was unused for 2 years. Very well serviced, all issues resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked comprehensive service for Rs 800 (-200 discount in Bangalore).
Bad decision. Should have gone to authorized service center.
I mentioned the vehicle stopped 4 times in 400m run but the mechanic left my premises without fixing it! They don't value your time at all, time slots mean nothing. Once day's appointment is shifted to next after making you wait for hours.
They have one mechanic in the entire zone and my scooter is still not running fine even after 2 visits.
It's been a week and now they are asking another Rs 249 for visit and Rs 2000+ to change the carburetor. The mechanic already burnt Rs 100 worth of petrol (which was sold to me by them) in his useless race/problem detection.
Don't get fooled by 15 days warranty.
The team trusts their mechanic not customer. So you know you can't trust this company.
