★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Society to live in Noida Sector 51. They will charge you Rs. 6000 as one time entry fees. For what no one knows. Any one can not use lift to keep luggage while entering into society then what for Rs. 6000. When you will vacate you have to deposit Rs. 6000 as caution so that you can not use lift. If any one will use money will be forfeited. This society doesn't deserve even half star. You call this society " kabutar khana" . Every balcony is having 7-8 pigeon, which will come and beat. You can not install your dish antenna on top of the building. You have to put in back side balcony and keep your tv in bedroom. Sector 51 is having many gate but not for use, just for showpiece. For backside market you have to take one full round of 3 kms to reach there. All these interesting facts will be told by any landlord after taking advance for rent, so that you will be trapped. Never ever go to live in this Society.. 15 years old society looks like 150 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say it is one of the most safest place to have a residence in NOIDA .
Easy access to daily deliverables and walking distance to sector 50 market and NOIDA City Center which caters to just about anything.
Schools like GD Goenka are also close by.
A gentleman in his review pointed out regarding the use of lifts.
This is based on experience as the lifts are comparatively small and people tend to push in just about anything to avoid manual labor costs which ends up damaging the lift leaving the society to bear the costs.
The society has two of its directions open(one is community centet and other is jal Vihar) making good air flow.
Also. Being in center of the city pays in dividends .
