★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For renewal of WIFI they will call you many times but once you done the payment they will forgot to renew, happens many time with me and once i tied to call them back on same number or other number they provided no one is there to pick the call, even they don't call you back.
Internet speed is good but customers care service is too pathetic and bad.. no sense of ownership

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price Worthy services. It'll b unrealistic to expect the world , at the price I pay . Despite the geography of this location and the structural challenges , the services are brilliant. All complaints from me and my neighbours/friends are effectively dealt with and resolved soon. Having heard of other people's experience in the city , I am amazed at the continuous good work.

In Aug, the service was worst ever, one can experience, but now they have improved a lot.
