β β β β β Worst Hero showroom and service center in ahmedabad. I had a incident with service centre in which they denied free service even though I have 2 free service card left. They just said it is not valid now.. So you have to pay 600 rs for paid service. Never ever purchase bike or scooter form Gautam bikes... They are cheating with customers. Go ahead and purchase from some another showroom. But never even think about purchasing any vehicle form chandkheda's Gautam bikes.

β β β β β I had once given then my bike 4 service. Then again I gave them my bike for service....My bike Is of BS6 Norms.....But I have never seen them any of the BS6 Bikes scanning there....because if U have BS6 Bike, then scanning the Bike with their ODU Port is the most Important work....I have never seen them scanning any of bike.If U are giving them Ur. Bike Kindly Order them clearly that "I want to see my Bike Scanned by ur. ODU Port.Even I would Recommend their Officials that there is a big TV in their waiting area, Kindly Connect that Screen with the ODU Port, SO that customer can also see that with which effciency his bike is performing.

β β β β β Worst service from Gautam hero .I'm still having issues in my bike after 15days of service.After service I visited 3 to 4 times for resolve my problem but still there issue is remain same.

β β β β β I never write negative about anyone but Gautam bike service center, Chandekha upsets me with worst service ever. I spend INR 6000/- on my bike but it didn't worked and my bike didn't starts, finally I take local service center and he told this service has done nothing and cheated me... atlast now by bike is up and running
I think I took wrong decision to get service from authorised service center.
Not recommended!!!

Local mechanics are better then this service center. charged 600 rs for service but still my bike not worked and they are forcing to do provide review on paper on that location. i will log complaint in Hero website. Don't put your bike their.please.
