This is Monti parauha, a buyer of active 5g white from your showroom. I'm deeply dissatisfied from the services of your showroom. We purchased a vehicle on 20th March and after that till now we haven't received proper details of the vehicle. First of all we haven't recieved proper vehicle no. And details over the service book is completely wrong. Also the insurance paper we recieved have the false details. What your team is doing? They have taken my vehicle two times to Shahdol rto office, stating a verification process and till today I receive calls from rto office that please bring your vehicle for verification. Why is this thing happening, I have to time to keep following on this it been 5 months now, I want to the reason behind this. If this is the service you provide to your customers how I'm gonna recommend your showroom to other? How I'm gonna consider you for further purchase of mine even. Would like to remind you that we have purchased the vehicle in full cash and not in EMI, is this why this is happening? If we would have bought in EMI, you guys were fetching to me. This is completely disheartening to me, request you to please take quick action. Else i would need to come to showroom and that won't be good.
