★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wont even give any star ratings to the showroom. But both the mechanics were very good. One of the mechanic TAPAS was very very helpful.
Let me tell you people that the receptionist( i dont his name the one with tatoos). He literally didnt agree to help us and top of all we were standing in the servicing area where the mechanic was talki g to us when he came and literally shouted and asked us to get out. HE was the one full of attitude and busy with no work....!
ONE STAR IS ONLY BECOZ THE MECHANICS WAS VERY HELPFUL..
Guys this is what happened..
We had 2 bikes one of them was pulsar 220 which suddenly stopped and there were no garage or anything on the highway other than KTM. 2 of us went there asking for help. The receptionist totally denied and made excuses. After lot of asking he agreed but no tools and no entering the service area. One of our friend came with our bike to take the mechanic but he was inside so we went inside the door and the receptionist came and rudely asked us to get out.
He did not have any humanity and we would have paid anyway we didnt ask for social service.
