★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very average experience. Baja should take care of the showroom properly. The service centre part is dirty, AC doesn't work properly. Unprofessional people totally. I'm not at all happy with the services. Some one talks and some one else does the job. Miscommunication of what I said and what they did. I rare it one ⭐poor in service part

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saluja Bajaj service center is located on the main road and parking space is wide it's so good.
This service center is petty good. Stuff behaviour literally average but a sum of them are very nice. Gate keeper behaviour is sometimes very harsh not sweet and good manner, spear part's store keepers behaviour is so horrible I think so.. inside seating and services is good. Overall it's may be get three star not more.

Oil leakage problem not solved..... senior technician coming and constantly 10min started my bike ....hit bike silencer pipe heat ...strim ....& Fair smoke pipe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So starting with the day when i purchased dominar 250: I purchased it on July 12. During the delivery the person told that they have only model other than the display model. So obviously,no one will ever go with the display model, and I purchased the last model of D250 that they had at that time. Purchasing that model is the biggest mistake i made that i realized today. My 1st servicing was approximate at around 450km. After the 1st service, one after the other issue came up. The sound from gear box is so awesome that anyone will be afraid to shift gear up/down. 2nd issue is from front and rear suspension both. Clutch issue. Rear and front brake issue. And continues! I have visited the showroom 4 to 5times for all these issues that i am facing after the 1st free service. But they are least bothered about these. Whenever i am telling them the issues of the bike they are coming up qith new new excuses defending themselves. Today aslo 2e/11/2021 i told them about the issue but again they are least bothered about customer's issue and again they cane up qith new new excuses.
I am not sure how to deal with them. Obviously i have made a great mistake by buying a dream bike from this so called careless showroom.
