It's been a wonderful Experience with Gayathri Coffee since 2006 with regards to not only Consistent Quality but also for their Customer care and Courtesy. Recently since past one/1-1/2 years I am feeling more of personal care and Courtesy.

The people - Ankit and the girls at the store are so helpful, quick and efficient. They even deliver home via dunzo/genie. Try their coffee once and you are a fan for a lifetime.

House Blend is what it is for us....for some reason, just the 2 kg we purchased last week is not as strong....will visit to check with the staff soon. Am sure they are helpful and will take needed measures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time we tried the Coffee powder is good but this incident happened today,
The coffee powder was not packed properly but staff was rude and clear to tell she can't afford one more cover telling it will cut from her salary, even when other customer told it's not packed properly, then somehow she took newspaper and packed.
Although we like your coffee powder because of above issue i am not sure again i want visit your shop or not.
My humble request to you is tell your staff if coffee powder is not packed properly please tell him if customer is requesting to repack also don't cut there salary for this purpose (i am not sure if you will cut or not salary for cover repacking, as per what staff told i am telling it here)
