No full Satisfaction guarante of bodybuilding in Gym, for heavy weight lifters in General Category as Only Support for Personal Category (PT) NO Trainers Support for lifting weights & No Stretching Even after doing legs for General Category.??

So this is the only gym in Ravet looking to all these things in their surroundings..... So I am happy n fit...... For my life time again n again to renew in this fitness club......Gear 5 team is highly motivated and enthusiastic to fullfil your fitness dream.

Pros : None.
Cons : Not at all a good gym. you can do better workout at your home, than coming to this place. Trainer are average. generally are the one who do workout in gym only. i don't think they are even trained. Manager is concern only about money. They claim they have a steam bath, but its nothing but a bathroom where some times, if you are lucky, you will get some steam. I did not get a diet plan even after two weeks. and left on my own most of the time. After that the plan that I get wad very general. I can get general diet plan online as well, why i will wast my money with this gym. The gym is not at all motivational. I have to discontinue in between, but they never asked why i am doing so. ? Don't wast you money and time here, get to a gym where you get personalised training and diet plan. that will make a difference. if you can work on you own and manage you diet you can go. but don't expect a personalised experience here......
