★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last two years of covid took a toll on health and fitness for everybody. To compensate that loss, focusing on fitness is need of the hour. Gym, Yoga and CrossFit @MD Fitness came to my rescue in journey back towards being physically fit.
It’s time to support #vocalforLocal as the whole fitness industry suffered due to pandemic.
My heartfelt Thanks to trainer Gaurav who helped me to reduce weight 5 kgs in hardly two months and still long way to go! He personally paid attention, sincere efforts and assistance is part of this first small achievement.
Finally it won’t be justified if I don’t give my wholehearted Gratitude to @Monty Domingo who built such a wonderful fitness infrastructure for fitness by providing various options under one roof. The well maintained gym equipments, clean and hygienic environment, good trainer’s team and many more admirable facilities. The whole team deserves the best rating! Thank you so much!
