★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here since last year and trust me the results are worth it. Separate cardio place, well equipped machine . Girija maam and Pankaj sir makes exercising fun and also interesting - explaining what wer're doing and why .

Trainers provide great motivation in group activities, going out of their way to share the secrets of fitness, diet and nutrition. There is absolutely no boredom, only enthusiasm to do and lose more weight.

Perfect Gym which offers such variety of activities in one single package like
1) Weight Training,
2) Cardio,
3) Cross Fit Training,
4) Power Yoga,
5) Zumba (For both Men and Women)
with friendly, enthusiastic and Certified instructors!!!
All workouts are planned by the gym in such a way in entire week that u never get bored but You will definitely want to visit this place everyday with new zeal and passion !!!
The facility itself is always spotlessly clean, well set out and you are never waiting around for the instructor.
The instructors (Both Male and Female) are friendly, enthusiastic and excellent motivators! Their choice of music keeps the pace fun and fast! You're guided through each session, but if you need to slow down and recover, that's fine!
In short.. Verve Fitness is Making exercise a fun activity for us...
Highly recommended to all the age groups!!

Unlike the other gyms who just treating customer like money machine & ask to go for personal trainer with additional charges, this gym doesn't have this culture.
Staff here train you without any surplus amount & also suggest you perfect diet for your body.
