★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Place is not part of usual champaner tourist circuit. Its not at all maintained. Vegetation has grown all over. This place is not to be ventured without any guide or local.
However, either due to recent rains or the internal water source, water table was quite high.

EDIT Jan 2020 : Found the correct location and corrected it on Google Maps. Hope Google Maps accepts the correction. The vav is near the Pavagadh ST bus depot, at the side of Bapu Balaknath Ashram.
Now for the review : Gebanshah's vav is sort of neglected. But still worth visiting when you are in Champaner. The right time to visit would be April-May when the water level has receded so you can go right to the bottom.

One star because the location pinned to Google Maps is wrong. There is no vav at this location. Wish people would stop posting misleading information on Google Maps.
Some one please post the correct location.
