★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with geetanjali, south point mall. Siya, my makeup artist is very good , very skilled artist. She is very cooperative, very sincere towards her customer.
And shweta (manager ) shared such a warmth that i never felt that it was the first time i was meeting her. Love u shweta and siya.. Thank you for making my special day even more special for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the best salons in Gurgaon, the hair stylist and make up artist are very professional. I and my partner are regular customer of the salon. We have tried almost all services and we are very satisfied with all. Would love mention few names, Siya - she is an amazing makeup artist and their manager Sweata - she is one of the best salon manager I have ever came across, the way she handles the clients and the salon. We( I and my partner) both would suggest this saloon for regular grooming and wedding services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for haircut and other stuff. They denied to handle my queries. Very bad service. I was regularly taking hair treatment from Geetanajali saket. They never ever denied to do that. They take no and call once they are available but here in Gurgaon, they simply denied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Geetanjali for the first time, to get the hair color done. Decided to go for balayage and the result is just amazing!!! I am so in love with my hair, thanks to the hair stylist Nitin for an amazing work :) He is very knowledgeable and confident, because of him, i decided to go ahead with the color.
The staff here is really sweet, and cooperative. Salon manager, Shweta was so nice and coordinated the appointment (i postponed a lot :P). Thanks to her too, for accommodating the timings for me.
Overall, would definitely recommend this salon for services. Do try it out. I, would surely keep visiting them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall haircut was good. I liked the style I was given. However, the hairstylist cut my skin with the scissors and didn't apologize, even after I pointed itout. Though the service was okay, didn't like the attitude of the staff. Would appreciate more professionalism and more value given to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience was pleasant however the second time which was yesterday I had a terrible experience.
I made an appointment for my friend and I ‘ a day in advance’ for a hair touch up and pedicure(I had told my friend that they have expanded their salon and it’s actually really nice but little did I know what would happen…my poor friend).
I asked the woman on the phone if we could get a touch up and pedicure at the same time but she said ‘no’ however when we are done with applying the color we will start your pedicure right away.
But after the color was applied we had to wait for at least 15 minutes and then we got the old pedicure room where there was no massage chair. By then it had been more than 15 minutes that the color was on and it’s supposed to be rinsed in 30 minutes.
The whole point of a pedicure is to relax but my friend and I were not relaxed at all because in between we had to get the rinse and then go back to the pedicure area to get our massages done.
When I asked Nishi why we had to wait because I had specifically called a day in advance so that both my friend and I can get the touch up and then pedicure while the color is in our hair…she said they got booked and she couldn’t do anything about it.
My point is that why would she book appointments the same time I booked two pedicures.
Also I asked for coffee and never got it…and when I was asked again I said yes (and mentioned that I did ask for it before but never got it and did not even get an apology) and the coffee tasted like water. Although that’s not my concern but it just added to the disappointment to the whole experience.
My friend will never go back to the South Point Geetanjali again and I won’t either.
Also when a customer is not satisfied generally the manager throws in something special to make up for the terrible experience but the managers didn’t seem to be too concerned about it.
I guess it doesn’t matter if a few customers are not happy…it’s due to poor management and customer appreciation.
I still can’t believe that Geetanjali which is a big chain takes customer satisfaction so lightly.
Glad I am moving back to the States in a few months…because there it’s all about customer satisfaction.
On a positive note Pankaj and Beer are great at the services and the reason why I gave an extra star was because of them or else I would have given only one star.
