Took the services of facial by Anchal and hair spa by Manish. Both wonderful at what they do. Had a great day relaxing and pampering self. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for best services!

Must compliment Ms Priya- very polite, sincere and dedicated towards her work, she gave me a smooth, painless waxing and threading experience.
I am very much impressed with the expertise of Manish- thank you for the lovely haircut.
Rest of the staff is very courteous.
The Salon is clean and well maintained hence gives a sense of quality. Urge everyone in Prayagraj to visit here and get pampered!

She also made sure that she listened to all my concerns and gave me great suggestions around general skin care too. Must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience of visiting this place, they just don't have the standard of Geetanjali at all, the equipments they are using are not upto the mark, I mean I have visited many Geetanjali Salons in PAN India, but never had such a bad experience. It was their closing time so they were just in a hurry to finish up the services but were not bothered about the customer experience. Firstly, they forced us to take up extra services apart from what we wanted to, and also the charges are too high in comparison to Geetanjali Salon prices, but services are even below the standard of a local salon. They are just misusing the brand name of Geetanjali. My husband took the service of pedicure and hair color, while washing his hair they said that conditioner is not required for his hair, I mean when you are charging for it and it is a part of the process then why not also they were even not able to wash the hair with normal or mix water at one time it was too hot and at other time it was too cold and when we asked he said there is some problem with the tap and just because of this my husband got severe headache after that, and also he still have some grey hairs left immediately after the color, but they are least bothered about this, and best joke that they said that the pedicure services do not include Scrubbing, now how come that is possible. I would just like to tell them we were not new to this culture of visiting big Salons, so you can't fool us by making these stupid excuses. If you were running short of time, you should have told us, we would have visited some other day, but you should have at least not treat us like this.
Also I would like to request the owners of Geetanjali that please don't sell your franchise to anyone like this in the market who are just like any other local Salon, please keep it under your ownership only, else they are just going to spoil your brand name. I am a regular customer of Geetanjali, and have always been very satisfied with their services and also believe it is best among all the Big Brand Salons in India, but would definitely not think in this way after visiting your such so called franchisees.
