They are not at all professional..Just that they potray them self to be good..No trained staff…They even offer u to return money and go back…Just good in editing the video and pictures they post.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only issue with their service is overcommitting. Getting 18 brides ready in one day is no joke. Unless you already told the would be brides while fixing the appointment about the situation and told them against getting them ready on time and told them you would just do their eye makeup you have no athority spoiling their day. For you they are 18 brides but for the brides it is just their wedding. Charging approx. 24k for just eyemakeup and 1.5 hrs. delay is way too much unless that is the price for such service in a city like Allahabad. No doubt Jaya does the makeup real well but the cost of service and service delivered do not add up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst makeup studio, totally unprofessional. Availing their service was our biggest mistake. I recommend the bride to not avail their services. The makeup artist named ‘Jaya’ is very rude and impolite. She portrays herself as she is a professional makeup artist but upon seeing her work, we truly regretted. This place is a waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for the makeup beacuse staff was so disgusting n Jaya owner of this parlour r so rude , arrogant.she has no manner how to talk other.she is unprofessional n awful makeup artist.they have no idea how to do a makeup look on different faces.she knows only one pattern n they put makup n same hairstyle on all the faces.total waste of time n waste of money on this rediculess people.plz don't spoil ur auspicious moment by wasting ur time ,ur money by going to this place.

I had a booking with Jaya recently , sad to say but that's the only day a girl wants to look the best but unfortunately I dint look great enough. There are multiple reasons to quote , firstly I dint find people taking much interest to help me with best like hairstyle, lenses , evrythng was like aap batao , pic dikhao , i was really so unsatisfied with the entire thing although I had taken the best package of 24k glamourous pack but I dint feel it was worth it ....even the chandan was so minimal that it wasn't visible in the camera itself.....so expensive yet unsatisfactory makeup that's what I have to say about this ....if at all I knew so much about makeup why would I require assistance at first place .....i really regret my choice !!!
At first I personally pinged them on instagram to share my honest feedback where they didn't even find it worthy enough to ask me my concern so posting it here (P.S had no intention to bring it in this platform but had no choice) and recently I got to know to get my own wedding pic which was included in the package of 24k I have to pay another 3K ....money isn't a liquid form jo bahate chale jaenge janab.... please ask for logical rates when you are into business not something which shocks your customer rather than being attractive.
