★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaya ji is a maestro at her work. She did my wedding makeup beautifully. The staff is also very polite, vigilant and responsible. The do their work very professionally while consuming least of ur time. M really happy and hope to visit again in future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do i even start. I got my engagement makeup done from jaya bridal for approx 22K. I reached there at 12 in the afternoon. I was made to wear my lehanga(which was 5kgs) after that nail extensions were done, which turned out to be very cheap-looking, but then i ignored it bcs Nothing could be done. The person told me that it will last me 40 days but one nail came out mid way during the function. Nail extensions and hair was done in about an hour. After that i was made to wait for about 4 hours alone in the parlor with a 5 kg lehanga on as jaya ma'am went out infront of me at around 1 pm and then came back at around 4.15. I showed her what i wanted for my makeup, she told me that it was bridal makeup and not engagement makeup. She did whatever she wanted to do on my face. I unequivocally told her that i don't want my face changed but to no avail. The makeup turned out to be cakey-looking. I instantly saw patchiness on my face but she told me that it will settle in some time, which ofcourse never happened. I complained but she started pointing out imperfections on my face. Halfway through the function, my makeup started to bleed which everyone there also noticed. I was also made to sit through a photo shoot after the makeup and they refused to share the photos with me. They wanted extra money for the photos. i haven't seen such greediness for money in my life. My friends who came to pick me up, were asked to post fake reviews. To sum up, jaya bridal ruined my most important day. I would never in my life recommed the parlor to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for this one of the bad parlour which I have never ever seen before.the owner jaya of this parlour r so arrogant n rude they have no manners that how to talk others she pretends that she is sweet but after few minutes she shows her bad colour of her personality.my experience for engagement n bridle makeup r very horrible. They charged very high I'll give her approx 45k but respond very badly .no one go for this kind of battameez parlour kyunki ye pehle paise jama karwa deti h baad me battamize karti h aur koi baat pooch lo toh aur ganda makeup karti h aur phir iske liye hue PANDEY makeup par inka khud ka staff smile karta h toh plz don't go for spoil yours best day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst makeup artist in Allahabad. DO NOT visit this place at any cost. Jaya is the rudest person alive on earth. I’m not even sure how this place has 4 star rating. Jaya is a pathetic person with zero regards for her customers. Only visit this place if you want to be conned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaya Premium is one of the best Salon in Allahabad. The Service Providers are very friendly and the work is really great. Got Hair Spa and Pedicure done by Ravi. Would say, one of the best Pedicure I had in a very long time. Plus, the spa was for about 30-40 mins. Very relaxing experience.

While you’re communicating to this mere makeup artist she will pretend to ignore all the requirements of the Customer/ to be bride. She is very rude and impatient and doesn’t know anything about customer experience and professionalism. Upon telling about my requirement she try to demean the requirement and evaluate the customer requirement by her makeup knowledge. Very rude, impatient, pathetic makeup artist and useless in her work. She thinks that she’s way beyond any professional makeup artist however she is pathetic in her behaviour, language and the way she communicate to customer.
Please don’t opt for her service! The staff is also pathetic.
