★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE OWNER AND EMPLOYEE S......owner of this place is have a very bad personality and she lack professionalism...she cut my hair very short irrespective of how many time I told her to don't cut my hair too short..and after she finishes and I angry and told her her mistake and refuse to continue with process ND deny to give her charges because she make me look really ugly just before my function...she and her employee started shouting and misbehaving with me (customer)..she don't want to say sorry or took responsibility for what she did...really recommended don't go to this salon if u don't want to ruin your party or any functions .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very misbehaving and mannerless employees and owner.dont listen customer demand just do want they want ...its really frustrating after you came out from there beacuse what they did to your face and hair...highly recommended dont go there if u dont want to feel humiliated...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SALON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter went to this saloon just some days before her event for her hair cut. She told the owner who was about to cut her hair "to not shorten the length" but when the final look came out her hair was almost 10 inches less than what was told. My daughter was in so much anguish that she didn't even go for blow dry the hair. she said very politely that she is not gona pay for this service and silently coming out from there. While coming out from there, this lady said in a very derogatory tone:-" ek to hair cut bhi kara liya ab paise bhi nahi de rahi hai". After listening this my daughter turned back, stood, and decided to talk about this instead of going silently from there. And this was the point from where my daughter had to face the misbehaviours after ill-treatment to her hair. Suddenly all the staffs were ganged up on her. My daughter went alone to the saloon since we all were busy in the preparation of the event. And we were so so so unfortunate that she was the only customer in the saloon at that time. When my daughter came back to home and telling me each and everything word to word whatever happend to her in this saloon, my soul was weeping on this. After reading so many positive reviews here I let her go there alone. I don't know how to forgive myself for my this decision. May be if I was there she has better experiences like others....may be if I was there she has never had to face the misbehaviours which she has gone through for objecting on owner's derogatory remark...may be if I was there they never had dare to gang up on her....may be if I was there....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm truly shocked with the result that I got with the hair treatment. Must visit this salon. I was getting my 1st keratin hair treatment from the salon.... I was really scared but after getting the treatment I was really shocked....!! Daily I combed my hairs with lots of hairs in my comb nd right on the 2nd day after the treatment after I combed my hairs there were no hairs on the comb nd my hairs were too smooth, silky and shiny....!! I recommend you all to visit here once. The staff and everyone here is too friendly and kind-hearted....!! I'm really pleased with their nature....!! From now on I'm going to be their permanent customer....!! Done mam....!! ?????????????????

Since I was very happy with my previos hair cut so wanted to restore it exactly same. I went to this saloon and told her what I want. I specifically said her to cut only extra grown length of 2-3 inches of hair and look what she did to my hair length...
