Do not call this cheat company for service...they are inexperienced and they loot your money...do not purchase Daikin AC they do not reply to calls also...vey pathetic experience...they do not understand the value of customers...because they are not humans...beaware from thief's a big caution....

THEY ARE HOPELESS PEOPLES. A BLACK SPOT ON A COMPANY LIKE LG. WHY LG ARE STILL ACCOMMODATING THEM WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND. I HAVE 4 INVERTER SPLIT AC AND FILLING CHEATED. THEY VISIT AFTER 7 DAYS TO ATTEND THE COMPLAIN. IF THEY TAKE AC FOR REPAIR AT THEIR SERVICE CENTER THEY TAKE AROUND 15 TO 20 DAYS. THEY DELIVER THE SAME TO OUR PREMISES AND FOR INSTALLATION THEY TAKES 15 TO 20 DAYS. SO THIS IS THE FULL CYCLE OF AROUND 45 DAYS MINIMUM. IF LG IS READING PLEASE LOOK UP THIS IS THE SERIOUS MATTER.

Hi, My car number MH02DS3054 Bill you have charged is 12000 and 31517 .The work done is only 29445 . we have also taken AMC contract but there is no record or voucher .There no sysytem to call back to your customer . Camera work and break work is still pending .You manager phone Mr nilesh mobile is always swtich off .There is no response from your end .Still i have not received any clarity .Wonder you people actually change the oil or not .I hope you will get back to me soon .Akshay Biyani

Pathetic service and CHEATERS. Install unnecessary things and charge. Owner is also rude and argumentive. Avoid taking service from them

Worst service ever i have seen till the date. 1. At the time of service broke the part of the AC. 2. Denied to replace the part, and asked for the charges of the part while product wan under warranty. 3. Took the AC befor lockdown still not received it back and no one is answering the phone now.

The AC installation was done after raising several complaints. However please note it was not done in a satisfactory manner. 1. At 11.30 PM, first technician visited and provided charges of extra material that would be required for installation. a. Copper Wire 3 feet extra: 272 x 3 = 816 b. Drain Pipe PVC: 10 x 30 = 300 c. Outdoor wire 5 metre: 130 x 5 = 450 d. Within Wrap: 350 e. 3 pin plug: 150 Total: Installation charge: 1500 + GST 270 + Extra Material 2416 = Rs. 4186 2. As I felt the charges was way too high, I asked him for cancelling the installation. On which he said Rs. 300 service charges would be applicable. (Note he didnt even open the carton of the AC Units) Also note, as I previously had a split AC so drilling on wall and outdoor unit stand was already fixed on outer wall. 3. On raising complaint with Diakin Customer care there service provider (GenX Services) were ready to send a different Technician to install the AC. and provided Rs. 200 discount on the initial amount that was quoted. (Rs. 4186 - 150 (as I had inner 3 pin plug)) 4. Second Technician came at 3.30PM, he was told to collect Rs. 3800. He opened AC packages and on monitoring it was noted 10 feet copper wire and outdoor wire that was provided with outdoor unit was sufficient for the installation. So copper wire charges were reduced further. 5. But the technician was in hurry and didnt really do the installation properly. Outdoor unit was placed on the prefixed stand without and proper adjustment as per new outdoor model dimensions. Note - only 3 screws were fixed. As this was first time installation by the company, do you think this kind of installation was expected? On asking why the 4th screw was not applied he replied that cannot be done. As he is the technician he should have measured the outer stands dimensions and re-adjusted them accordingly. Is Installation charge Rs. 1500+ GST Rs.270 is only a visiting fee? 6. Total service amount he said Rs. 3800 - Rs.750(as no copper wire was required). On asking the bill he said to give him a blank paper he will write and sign on it. He was not ready to give any invoice. 7. On recalculating the material used as the inital mentioned materials were not use, he showed below expenses, a. Outer wire 3 metre : 130 x 3 = 390 b. Drain pipe 10 feet : 30 x 10 = 300 8. Total = 1770 + 390 + 300 = Rs. 2460 9. The drain pipe is smaller then the copper wire provided in the box of 10 feet. For 5 feet drain pipe used he charged for 10 feet. i.e. 30 x 10 = 300. 10. Outer wire used was around 2 metre but he charged for 3 metre. i.e. 130 x 3 = 390. Inner wire was already attached with 3 pin plug provided by myself. On requesting to extend the wire no affords were made and it was left as it is. 11. Raising another complaint with GenX Service Centre, on no invoice was provided by the technician. After 3 hours the technician send a watsapp image of invoice which was again not proper. Complaint: 1. Is Installation charge only a visiting fee, no proper installation is not done. My flat is in second floor and outdoor unit is at that height installed with 3 screws. 2. Why over estimates of material is done and charged accordingly. Daikin is a reputed brand but due to these outsourcing the entire brand image is degrading with the customers.
