β β β β β I ordered a wardrobe from this place. When taking the order, everything went smooth. My requirements were noted down and order placed. Not much of negotiation, the owner only waived off delivery charges. The delivery was delayed due to festival. Finally, the delivery was done.
Some fitting had to be done at home. After the fittings, my mom told the person that the doors are not closing properly (all the doors). He said, after use things will be fine. My mom being the soft one, believed him. The workers were paid by the owner but still they asked my mom to give some money as gift for the new wardrobe. They did not leave the home till my mom gave some money.
We also noticed later, the position of the locker is wrong. To use the locker, we need to sit down, it is that low. And that is not what was ordered. We have proof, a picture drawn on the bill.
I called up the owner but he would not receive any calls. I kept calling him over 3-4 days, no answer. Finally I visited the shop. As always, the owner said he didn't get any calls and he always answers his phone. I told him the problems and he said he will fix them.
Again days have passed, no one came to repair. And again, the owner is not receiving my calls. Worse experience. I have paid the money. The owner has what he wants so he does not care anymore.
