The owners were very polite and designed the table and storage unit per my requirements. I had not to remind them a single day. Very reasonable shop.

We have noticed that the orders which we placed & its delivery are so perfect in all angles. The service is so prompt. Over all humble & co-operative nature of Mr. Jain in delivery & after sales too. β β β β β Ordered a sofa cum bed in December 2021. While purchasing he said would deliver as requested but didn't come on time. The mattress was also slightly bigger than the other mattress so it was uneven when opened as a bed.After a few days the mattress got fluffy at some places asked him to come and check what the issue was. No one came to check it and not providing company executives number .to contact them directly.just kept saying will send someone to check soon but till date on one has come. Very poor after sales service would not recommend the store to any one.

β β β β β We ordered a single unit desk & bench. Sunder Furniture Delivered fair quality for reasonable price. After placing order we realized that the door is small to get bench in. We shared the problem with them but they did not help modifying beyond making best attempt to push in. Now bench is kept in outside room and not able to enjoy fully. I would have loved them doing small customization to make desk and bench separable at reasonable additional price. So that it would have got inside. All deal was fair. Delivery was done by 2 people. To make an attempt to take bench inside there was need to unscrew 8 screws and fit them back after taking in. But the young boy started claiming Rs 150 fitting charge to screw-unscrew 8 screws with my tools only. However based on feasibility check we discarded that idea and kept is outside the room. Fair deal but not able to make utilization as desired!
