β β β β β Irresponsible service with cunning sales tactics. My sliding door is not working and the wardrobe is useless as the door has come down from rails My much money is gone in drain. They promise to send carpenter but I am waiting for months.
They cheat you on warranty. They don't even care if we call several times.

β β β β β The owner of this showroom (Rajesh) is super rude and makes fales promises while selling the furniture. After purchasing furniture foget about service. I would not recommend to buy a single product from this "Dukaan" because the furniture which is shown in the store is way different than delivered. In short the wood concept is a local pocket maar do not purchase any product. "WOOD CHOR COCEPT"

β β β β β I went to buy sofa and the owner helped me get the right choice selected with all his marketing skills. Also they make furniture according to customer requirement and get it delivered.

β β β β β Furniture is okay. But took ages to get the delivery. 4 days was promised, but delivery given after 1 month. And the owner Mr. Venkatesh is very very arrogant. He literally started quarelling with me and got very aggresive when i pointed out mistakes in the final product that he had promised. Mr. Ravi is a sensible person there, deal with him if you have already made the mistake of giving the order.

β β β β β Hopeless and fraudulent. Paid full and had sofa made. Did not even negotiate. First, gave sofa 1 week late, wrong design and within 1 month the joints started breaking. Tried calling the guy Kishan but did not receive the phone calls. Atleast 50 calls made in 15 days, but no answer. The management is also very smart no one is responding.
