★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY WORST SERVICE. GEYSERS ARE ONLY SHOW PIECES HERE, NOT WORKING AT ALL. HOTEL PROPRIETOR MR. TARAK DEY IS VERY GREEDY AND CHARGED OVER FOR FOODING AND ROUGH BEHAVED ALSO. THIS HOTEL IS VERY REMOTE FROM GHATSHILA RAILWAY STATION. MR. TARAK IS UNGENTLEMANLY BEHAVED WITH THE BOARDES. SO, CAUTIOUS FOR USING THIS CHEATER RESORT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to stay at Ghatail. The Resort is surrounded by various trees which makes a great ambience.Room are clean service is very good .The quiality of the food is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The holiday resort is more or less good but need to work on some points.
Pros -
1. Room with 7 x 6 bed ( accomodates 3 adult easily)
2. Airy.
3. Tiled floor.
4. Spacious BathRoom with guesyer.
5. Small personal balcony.
6. Big window.
7. Helpful Manager.
8. Walking distance to Subarna rekha river sunset point and Rankini Mandir.
CONS -
1. Room not cleaned well. There were lot of dusts below bed on floor.
2. Bathroom guyser does not get switched on all time only in mornings ( they must be controlling the guyser electric line from outside to save money)
3. Towel and blanket not clean. No wrapper was provided for rough blanket.
4. Windows curtains are very thin . Lot of lights come.
5. Hotel is under construction in one side..so lot of debris around. The window fittings were having gaps causing cool air to come inside room.
6. Food cost is not resonable, quite high than outside restaurants/messes.
7. A common ventilation in side by side rooms , felt very unsecured.
8. Location wise little outskirts but manageable by auto transport.
9. Require a little more maintenance over all.
10. Bathroom and Balcony floor was not very clean ( may be due to covid situation manageing with less stuff)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room rent is high with no facility except a showcase geyser. Manager of this hotel is mentally sick and his behavior very rough and he is liar. Foods are very costly with poor quality. Now no hotel boy is available in full day. Location of the hotel is not good. So do not waste your money and time and must avoid this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not as you would expect it since it doesn't even have a check-in desk and for now the hotel is incomplete.So I would suggest that, visit this place after two years. But the climate here is pretty nice and it is very close to Ghatshila station therefore it is okay if we just spend a night over here.
