★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a place best avoided. I had been here with my family during monsoon. The facade looks decent externally. But the moment you step in, you will have a completely opposite experience. There is just a single room with attached bathroom, a hall and a so called dormitory on the first floor (the stairs for the dormitory is in the hall). The dormitory has stinking beds, blankets and a leaking roof!!. To prevent the rain from seeping in, the care taker of the property had tied tarpaulin sheets!! The cold wind blowing through the "closed windows" made us more uncomfortable. The food is just not worth the money they charge and even the servings are very small. Make sure you carry your own ready to eat stuff in case you don't feel full after a "Full Plate Thali".
It was my mistake that I chose a place far from the town with no good connectivity (which I was aware of before booking). The electricity supply is also erratic.
The one star rating is for the nature that surrounds the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for isolated stay. Not recommended for 1 family with 2 - 3 person. Less coordination between staff and management. Resort needs maintenance. Even entry gate and main door of property are dmaged.
