β β β β β I visited this center 2 times and I have the small requirement of oil collector but after a month gone they are not able to get it. Poor customer handling. Sales oriented, not services oriented.

β β β β β Earlier Gilma products were reliable. now over the time quality has gone down and customer support is a joke.repairemen will never come on time.Instead of fixing the actual issue,they try to convince you that this is how the product works.

β β β β β DONOT BUY FROM YELAHANKA OUTLET.HES A PATHETIC PERSON WHO MAKES GET CARRIED AWAY TO MAKE U BUY MORE BYDGET HOBS
We bought a 3 burner stove in oct 20 & we just used for 4 months hardly. Last week it caught a flame near the mob.We contacted the dealer & wherein he just gave service dealer contact number n kept quite without any proper follow up.
Now the dealer mentioned that he has fixed the problem temporarily and not giving any further guarantee. We have paid almost Rs.15000 for the stove and we are in the state whom to contract for our problems.

β β β β β Don't recommend even 1 star for Gilma... don't ever buy Gilma hobs terrible service. Person who repaired denied to come back when the Hob became worse after 1 week of repair... he never responded to calls and after one month they ask us to pay for service... it's not about the 400 service charge but hated the attitude of all the people involved like hell!
