★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sales service. Never buy anything from Hindware. You can raise complaints repeatedly only for it to be closed saying that the customer is not available. The distributor will talk well, but, service will never happen. I am still fighting with them for three months to just come and visit to inform the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t buy hindware appliances. They don’t even quality check the product. I bought a chimney and hob and both are not working. Realised that the product itself defective piece during installation itself. Raised complaints for both, and its been more than 2 weeks and no response yet. Their customer service is pathetic. How come they sell defective product?? Now both are like a showpiece in my house, cant use them. Never used even once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst appliances I have ever purchased. The soft touch switches went wonky within 6 months. Finally it stopped working in 20 months. Motor also burnt out. Their service is the worst. Past 3 months the stuff remains as a junk in the kitchen. The service people only tell lies whenever contacted. One Mr Neeraj has been contacted lastly. Waiting for another week before sending it to junk yard.
