★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sale is pathetic. They don't keep their promise & all lies. They are incompetent with installation as well. I am running behind them from last 3 months to fix a small issue with my stove but they always have some or the other excuses. Avoid this place at any cost.

Definitely not recommending this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t buy hindware appliances. They don’t even quality check the product. I bought a chimney and hob and both are not working. Realised that the product itself defective piece during installation. Raised complaints for both, and its been more than 2 weeks and no response yet. Their customer service is pathetic. How come they sell defective product?? Now both are like a showpiece in my house, cant use them.

More over the products he gave chimney makes a lot of sound like a generator and the stove worth so much doesn't burn as it should. Please don't visit this store it is very bad. Owner doesn't care no matter how many times we call him. I personally don't and won't recommend or suggest this store to anyone by mistake also
