★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for several years, and thoroughly enjoyed it. As the location is just outside city limits, you get much more space for the price. There is a nice swimming pool, club house, a little playground, and small gym, plus attractive views of nature. The construction is good, and I was impressed how well the balconies were designed so you feel relative privacy. There is indoor parking for residents and free guest parking on the premises outside.
Last but not least, there is a very friendly ambience created by both the residents as a group and a little monthly newsletter for all the local Paranjape apartment complexes.
